About Us

Oakwood Estates was incorporated in 1985 as a resident owned leasehold manufactured home community. We are in Winter Haven, Florida, and in one of the most sought-after counties (Polk County) in Florida. We have a healthy mix of Permanent Residents and “Snowbirds”.

 

Our Proprietary Lease gives residents one share of Capital Stock of Oak Wood Associates, Inc. Shares are currently valued at $33,000.

 

We provide various recreational and social opportunities for our residents, both through our facilities/common grounds, and our very active resident run Social Club.
